In order for this feature to work correctly, users must enable the optional “All Files Access” permission & “MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE” permission so multiple wallpaper files can be downloaded onto device and the wallpaper service can switch between the files.

• “Photos/Media/Files” to read your all media files, allowing users to Set their videos as live wallpapers.
• “Storage” to read & write media files, to allow the wallpaper service to switch between multiple media files. (See “Playlist” Feature)
